General
The owner of this website is SISTERS BOUTIQUE whose premises are located at 13 Lint Riggs, Falkirk, Scotland.  FK1 1DG.

Sisters Boutique may change or withdraw any part of the website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

Use of Sisters Boutique and these terms are subject to the laws of Scotland and the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither you nor Sisters Boutique will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or Sisters Boutique's respective reasonable control.

Disclaimer
Sisters Boutique has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Product pictures and particularly colours are as accurate as the website allows.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.

We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but please note that all content, materials and information on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis and you assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and use of all information contained within it.

Sisters Boutique will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Ordering
Sisters Boutique may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We always try to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

Sisters Boutique is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Collection/Delivery

Sisters Boutique offers you the choice of:

All orders placed by you will be delivered via standard delivery unless you choose to collect your goods in store or have your goods delivered via our express delivery service.  Please note that if you choose our express delivery service that will be treated as a separate contract in addition to your contract to purchase the goods.

Sisters Boutique reserves the right to increase the delivery charges in respect of heavy and/or large items. Any such increased charges will be notified to you prior to being incurred and you will have the right to cancel your order at that time.

The dates for delivery are estimates only.  Sisters Boutique will engage third party delivery/courier companies to deliver the goods and, consequently, Sisters Boutique will not be liable for any delays in delivery which are not in the control of Sisters Boutique.

Free Shipping Offer

Free postage offer for orders over £50 only covers orders to mainland UK and to items that are not offered at a sale price. If you are out with the UK Mainland or sale items are ordered this offer is not valid and you will be required to pay postage costs.  Postage costs if not meeting our terms must be paid before good are despatched. Please ensure you meet the terms of the free postage offer before omitting  the postage charge at checkout.

Liability
Sisters Boutique does not accept liability (except as set out in these terms and conditions) for any errors and omissions and we reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use Sisters Boutique in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse Sisters Boutique for any loss or damage caused as a result.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in, their networks and equipment.

Cancellations
We try to provide the best customer service possible. However, should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us by emailing us at sales@sistersboutique.co.ukIf you decide to cancel an order before the products have been despatched but after we have incurred carriage costs, we may charge you for the carriage of those products notwithstanding such cancellation.  Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

Where goods are delivered to you (but not where you collect goods in store), you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive your goods.  You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell such as earrings and hair accessories.  Subject to your returning the goods, we will refund the price of the goods and the cost the standard delivery of the goods.  We will not however reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us nor, where applicable, for the additional cost of your choosing our express delivery service which is a separate contract in addition to your contract to purchase the goods.    

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.
Once Sisters Boutique receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Sisters Boutique from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Sisters Boutique in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Sisters Boutique.

Returns
You may also return any delivered products you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery if for any reason the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description, the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or is faulty. To do so you must return the item to us within 14 working days of delivery, and email us at sales@sistersboutique.co.uk to advise that the item is being returned. In such a case we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

In all cases where goods are returned to us, you are responsible for the goods while they are in your possession.  You must therefore take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in the same condition as they were delivered and in their original packaging (failing which in other suitable packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit). We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method.  If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

By placing any order with Sisters Boutique you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
